1. Sales Consultant
Qualifications: BBA or MBA
Experience: 4-6 years of overall experience
Location: Islamabad
The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from greeting and guiding showroom visitors to conducting professional vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and final vehicle delivery. The role involves consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective CRM management and proactive follow-ups.
The individual will assess customer requirements, explain product features and technology, and coordinate seamlessly with internal finance, registration, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure a premium, compliant, and smooth customer experience. Additionally, they will keep updated with market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Notably, the role includes acting as an In-House Trainer. The candidate will develop training materials and conduct regular sessions for new and existing sales staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence across the team.
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills are essential, along with a high level of customer focus, problem-solving ability, and team collaboration to uphold the brand's premium image.
2. Service Lead:
Qualifications: Bachelorโs in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or DAE (OEM Service Management or Workshop Control Training certification is a plus)
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in service operations, including supervisory experience
Location: Islamabad
The candidate will be responsible for managing workshop operations, efficiently allocating technician workloads, and monitoring daily productivity to ensure high-quality workmanship and the timely delivery of vehicles. The role involves driving workshop efficiency, monitoring service targets, and taking corrective actions to consistently meet monthly KPIs, profitability goals, and compliance standards.
The individual will coordinate seamlessly with internal Parts, Front Office, Customer Relations, and Admin teams to manage daily appointments, streamline PDI operations, and resolve customer complaints swiftly to enhance CSI. Additionally, they will ensure accurate job card closure, manage daily warranty claims in alignment with OEM guidelines, and minimize revenue leakage through strict process control and the optimal use of BYD's Dealer Management System (DMS).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills are essential, along with a high level of accountability, process control, and team coordination to uphold the brand's premium service standards.
