Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports and metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development initiatives. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Ceramics, Sanitary Ware, or Tiles manufacturing. Candidates with prior ceramics industry experience will be strongly preferred. Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) or a relevant discipline. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and plant-level HR functions. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
