Job Title: Warehouse Manager Reports To: Head of Supply Chain Location: Faisalabad A leading Garments Manufacturing Unit looking for Experienced Ware House Manager who is responsible over all operations of the ware house. Job Summary: The Warehousing Manager directs, warehousing staff, and optimise all warehouse operations across the unit. He ensures timely receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and transfer of materials including fabric, yarn, trims, general items, and finished goods. The manager maintains accurate ERP inventory data, oversees stock reconciliation, enforces FIFO, ensures bin management, and prevents mix-ups between good stock, rejected stock, and waste. The role ensures uninterrupted material flow to Production, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Packing departments. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required: Education • MBA in Supply Chain, Textile Management or related field. • Certifications in Warehouse/Inventory Management preferred. Experience • 5–8 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in textile or apparel manufacturing. • Strong understanding of fabric handling, trims management, finished goods storage, and waste segregation. • Proven experience with ERP-based warehouse systems. Skills & Competencies • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Expertise in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse audits. • Knowledge of fabric rolls, dye lots, shade groups, trims specifications, and garment packing. • Ability to plan warehouse layout and optimise space utilization. • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. • Proficiency in ERP stock module and Excel reporting. • Knowledge of 5S, FIFO and warehouse safety protocols. Job Title: Procurement Manager (Accessories, Trims, General Items) Location: Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate) A leading Garments Manufacturing Unit looking for Experienced Procurement Manager who is responsible over all operations of the Procurement. Job Summary: The position oversees the full procurement cycle for trims and accessories (labels, tags, buttons, zippers, threads, packaging materials, polybags, stickers, etc.) and general items (stationery, housekeeping materials, tools, consumables, safety items, etc.). The manager approves RFQs, receives supplier quotations, prepares quotation comparisons, negotiates rates, approves purchase orders (POs), monitors deliveries, and ensures all procurement activities comply with specifications, timelines, and company policies. The role works closely with Planning, Production, Merchandising, Stores, and QA to support uninterrupted production and timely shipments. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required: Education MBA in Supply Chain, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 5–8 years of experience in procurement within an apparel manufacturing environment. Strong experience in trims & accessories sourcing, vendor management, and general items procurement. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
