- Bachelorโs degree in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Relevant Field
- 06 โ 07 years of relevant experience
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and optimize dyeing operations within our knitwear dyeing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end dyeing processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in dyeing operations for knitwear fabrics.
- Sound understanding of dyeing recipes, shade matching, and chemical handling.
- Proven experience in managing high-pressure dyeing machines including TEXLINK, BRAZOLI, FONGโS, SCLAVOS, THIES, and other automated dyeing systems.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, cost control, and production planning for dyeing units.
- Ability to troubleshoot process-related issues, machine performance concerns, and quality deviations.
- Knowledge of lab-to-bulk recipe transfer, shade approval, and color fastness standards.
- Coordination with the Lab, Quality Assurance, Knitting, and Finishing teams for smooth workflow.
- Capability to lead teams, implement best practices, and maintain safety and compliance standards.
