Job Title: Manager IT (Apparel Unit) Location: Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate) A leading Garments Export Manufacturing Unit in Faisalabad looking for Manager IT. Job Summary: · Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives. · Plan IT budgets, investments, and vendor contracts. · Ensure IT systems support production, ERP, and compliance requirements. · Oversee servers, networks, cloud services, and factory IT systems. · Ensure uptime and stable connectivity between factories and ISPs, minimizing downtime. · Monitor and optimize WAN/VPN links for secure inter-factory communication. · Negotiate and manage ISP contracts, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. · Implement redundancy (dual ISPs, failover systems) to guarantee business continuity. · Supervise ERP/Application Specialist for system configuration and reporting. · Ensure ERP workflows reflect garment industry processes (production, inventory, payroll). · Approve sponsor-ready dashboards and compliance reports. · Ensure compliance with labor, export, and tax reporting requirements. · Lead IT staff (System/Network Admin, ERP Specialist, Helpdesk, Factory Technicians). Top of Form Education · Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or MIS.
