Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager Sewing (Stitch to Pack) BE / BSc Textile Engineering / MBA with 4-7 years of experience in apparel processing and garment manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for overseeing and streamlining the manufacturing process from stitching to packing for each new order, ensuring smooth execution and optimal productivity. It focuses on meeting assigned PO deadlines, reducing quality defects, and maintaining waste and WIP within acceptable limits. All responsibilities are performed in alignment with customer requirements, shop floor organization, management directives, and company policies and procedures.
