Position: Trainee Engineer - Processing
Role Summary:
- Assist in monitoring and controlling day-to-day processing operations (Dyeing, Bleaching, Finishing).
- Support production planning to ensure achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and process parameters.
- Analyze production data and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to processing machinery and chemicals.
- Maintain proper documentation of production records and process reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS/MS - Textile Engineering (Processing) / Chemical Engineering
- Fresh - 01 Year of relevant experience
- Good understanding of textile wet processing operations
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shift environment
