Position: Senior QA Estimation Engineer (GC + MEP) Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Shift: Night Shift Summer: 6 PM to 3 AM Winter: 7 PM to 4 AM Location: Regency Plaza, Faisalabad Key Responsibilities: · Manage and lead a team of GC and MEP Estimators and their work. · Prepare detailed material take-offs and estimates based on drawings, specifications, and the scope of work. · Communicate bids and scope details clearly with project managers, supervisors, and contractors/subcontractors. · Analyze design and constructability to identify cost-effective solutions. · Prepare and assemble bids/proposals for various contract types. · Review tender documents and manage RFIs for precise bid submissions. · Collaborate with operations, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. · Maintain a "Lessons Learned" database for continuous project improvement. · Support the project execution team post-award to ensure alignment with the original estimate. Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of US-based estimation experience. · Prior experience with a US-based GC is a plus. · Ability to handle all trades (GC + MEP). · Proficiency in PlanSwift, MS Office, and related estimation tools. · Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. · Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in civil/architecture engineering or related field. · Project management and supervision skills are a plus.
