Requirements & Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience). * Technical Knowledge: Strong theoretical foundation in electromagnetics, transmission lines, RF principles, and antenna theory (microstrip patch, dipoles, arrays, etc.). * Hands-on Experience: Practical exposure to antenna design through a Final Year Project (FYP), academic research, or previous internship. * Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EM simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST Studio Suite, or Keysight ADS. * Lab Skills: Familiarity with RF test instruments (Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators) is a plus. * Attributes: Proactive attitude, analytical problem-solving skills, and a strong drive to learn emerging wireless and RF technologies.
