Platinum Steel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Store Officer to join our Stores Team at Port Qasim, Karachi. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and proper storage of materials. Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory movements, and material issuance. Prepare and maintain GRNs, stock reports, and other relevant store documentation. Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Maintenance, and other departments regarding material requirements. Ensure proper identification, labeling, and organized storage of inventory. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or damaged materials. Support periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation procedures. Requirements Qualification: B.Com / BBA Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Stores/Inventory. SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience is required. Experience in a manufacturing organization will be an added advantage. Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong record-keeping, coordination, and organizational skills.
