Prepare payment requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely approvals and disbursements. Monitor outstanding payables and ensure payments are processed within approved timelines. Ensure proper recording and documentation of all accounts payable transactions in the ERP/accounting system. Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and discrepancies. Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and applicable tax regulations. Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit and management review.
