Senior UI/UX Product Designer Location: Islamabad: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Experience : 3 to 4 Years Ninjas Code is looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product experiences, from initial concepts to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on solving real-world problems through thoughtful, user-centered design.What You’ll Do Lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications, with a focus on dashboards and complex systems. Gather client and stakeholder requirements, translating them into user journeys, personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap. Build design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across products. Translate business objectives into impactful visual and interactive solutions, including logos and branding assets when needed. Apply design thinking methodologies and conduct user research to validate design choices. Deliver pixel-perfect designs using Figma and related tools. Key Skills and Tools Expertise in Figma, with proficiency in creating design systems, components, and prototypes. Strong command of Adobe Suite, Miro, Balsamiq, Draw.io, or equivalent tools. Solid understanding of user personas, user stories, use cases, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and developer handoff processes. Ability to create engaging logos, icons, and branding materials. Proven experience designing dashboards, enterprise apps, and mobile applications (iOS & Android). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. Experience in accessibility, responsive design, and design systems is a plus. Qualifications 3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating your work on dashboards, web, and mobile applications. Certification(s) in UX/UI design, design thinking, or related disciplines (preferred but not mandatory).
