House of Habib is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join one of our group companies as an Assistant Manager Corporate Sales. This role is based at our Head Office, Karachi (Shahrah-e-Faisal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, as well as upselling and cross-selling products.
- Manage key accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and proactively addressing any concerns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and financial transactions to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and - Operations, to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve service offerings.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and business development activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, retention goals, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Business from a reputable university.
3-5 years of corporate sales experience.
