Qualification & Experience: · Part-qualified ICMAP / ACCA / CA (Inter / Finalist) or equivalent professional qualification. · Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit control, receivable management, or accounting within a manufacturing or trading/distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and the sales team for overdue balances. · Maintain a comprehensive record of collections, commitments, and outstanding receivables. · Enforce and monitor credit limits and payment terms in line with company policy. · Identify and report delinquent accounts and propose actions to mitigate credit risk. · Ensure all credit approvals, adjustments, and sales hold releases comply with the company’s authorization matrix. · Assist in reviewing and improving credit control policies and collection procedures. · Resolve disputes, debit/credit note issues, or unmatched transactions promptly. · Provide periodic collection forecasts, aging analyses, and customer risk summaries. · Work closely with Sales, Dispatch, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between invoicing, delivery, and collection.
