The role is responsible for providing structured market intelligence to support strategic growth, revenue planning, and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research on local and international companies, including size, hierarchy, and corporate structure. Identify key decision-makers and analyse employee strength for corporate targeting. Perform sector-wise research Analyse corporate traveller behaviour including airline crew, layover passengers, foreign and domestic clients. Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing trend analysis. Support ROI-based marketing strategies and budgeting in coordination with Finance. Prepare structured analytical reports for Business Development, Finance, and Senior Management. Maintain and update a centralized research database. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Business Analysis, or Strategic Planning. Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (Power BI or similar tools will be an advantage).
