Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices in SAP S/4HANA.
- Process employee expense claim reimbursements in SAP.
- Handle employee-related payments (loans, advances, final settlements, etc.) and related recoveries in SAP.
- Post accruals and adjustment entries in SAP.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with special finance projects as required.
What Weโre Looking For:
- Part qualified or finalist of ACCA/ACMA
- 0 to 3 years of experience (prior experience in SAP and Accounts Payable will be preferred).
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

The MTO โ HR will support various HR functions and contribute to the execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. The role is designed to provide exposure to key HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, HR operations, and compliance, with the goal of grooming the individual for future leadership in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Maintain and update employee database and records.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with trainers and employees for development programs.
4. HR Operations
Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with HR documentation.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and internal communications.

5. Performance Management
Support in performance appraisal activities and documentation.
Assist in tracking goal setting and performance evaluation processes.
6. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in audits, data reports, and policy reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
