ExpiredTEO People is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team in Islamabad. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates who are motivated to build a strong foundation in customer support, data management, and platform operations within a collaborative work environment.

๐ Working Hours: 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM (MonโFri)
๐ Work Model: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Monitor, review, and respond to user-reported bugs, suggestions, and complaints.
โ๏ธ Provide timely, clear, and professional responses to users to ensure a positive support experience.
โ๏ธ Categorize issues (bug, feedback, complaint) and escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
โ๏ธ Track support requests and ensure proper resolution and follow-ups.
โ๏ธ Review data submitted by users via forms, emails, or other channels.
โ๏ธ Validate and Register received data in the system with accurate and complete information.
โ๏ธ Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across the platform.
โ๏ธ Share recurring issues, user feedback, and improvement suggestions with internal teams.
โ๏ธ Follow defined SOPs for support handling and data entry.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelorโs degree (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
โ
Strong communication skills in English.
โ
Basic understanding of web and mobile applications.
โ
Experience working with admin panels, dashboards, or support systems.
โ
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
โ
User-centric, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
โ
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
โ
Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams.
Preferred Tools & Practices:
โ
Familiarity with ticketing or support tools (e.g., Helpdesk, DevOps).
โ
Experience working with CRM or internal support dashboards.
โ
Understanding of community-based or Islamic platforms is a plus.
โ
Basic reporting and documentation skills.
โ
Willingness to learn new tools and processes as the platform evolves.
