Position: Executive Textile Engineer – Knitting Key Responsibilities: -Assist in daily production operations across the Knitting department, ensuring smooth and efficient fabric manufacturing. -Monitor knitting machine performance and fabric quality parameters such as GSM, loop formation, stitch length, and appearance. -Support the maintenance and calibration of knitting machines to minimize downtime and optimize production. -Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain consistent output and resolve technical issues. -Participate in fabric trials, new product development, and process improvement initiatives. -Maintain daily production and quality reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission. -Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards within the knitting floor. Required Skills: -Strong theoretical understanding of knitting technology, machine types (circular, flat, warp), and fabric structures. -Basic knowledge of yarn properties, fabric defects, and quality control procedures. -Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to maintain production reports. -Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills. -Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-performance production environment. Soft Skills: -Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision. -Strong communication and coordination skills. -Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative. -Discipline, integrity, and a willingness to learn new processes and technologies. Qualifications: -B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably with a specialization in Knitting, Fabric Manufacturing, or related field). -Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in knitting production are encouraged to apply.
