Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive (Fresh Graduates preferred). As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records. 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒: 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Prepare and issue customer invoices. Verify billing information and assist in resolving discrepancies. Follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠: Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and account adjustments. Assist with account reconciliations and data management. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Support the preparation of receivable and collection reports. Assist in analyzing payment trends and account status. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Follow company policies and accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒: -Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). -Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software will be an advantage. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Good attention to detail and organizational abilities. -Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance-related role.
