Hiring – Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical support for network-related issues.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve network problems efficiently.
✅ Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve network infrastructure.
✅ Ensure timely response to technical queries and incidents.
✅ Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a relevant field.
✨ CCNA certification is mandatory.
✨ Good grip on Mikrotik.
✨ 1 to 2 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting.
✨ Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
✨ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
