Are you a detail-oriented Structural Estimator with at least 1 year of experience in construction estimation? Join our team at EHM IT Services in Faisalabad and work on exciting US-based projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for structural components (concrete, steel, masonry)
✅ Review and analyze architectural and structural drawings
✅ Perform digital takeoffs using PlanSwift and Bluebeam
✅ Ensure estimates align with US construction standards and project requirements
🎓 Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in structural estimation
✅ Strong proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam (essential)
✅ Solid understanding of structural drawings and construction terminology
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
✅ Prior experience working on US-based projects
✅ Knowledge of CSI divisions and estimation best practices
✅ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
