Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager - WIP (Finish Fabric)
B.Sc. Textile Engineering / MBA / BBA with 5 to 7 years of experience in 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐢𝐧-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬.

This position is responsible for managing and coordinating work-in-progress (𝐖𝐈𝐏) 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜 throughout the 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 stages of production. The role ensures smooth fabric flow, effective inventory control, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with quality standards. The Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, improve operational efficiency, and maintain clear communication across departments.
