Decibel HRMS is looking for a "Service Delivery Specialist" for our Karachi Office.

🔍Requirements:

- BBA/MBA in HR or related qualification.

- 02-03 years of experience in HR Business Operations employees (benefits administration, HRIS administration, employee records, and payroll).

📝Responsibilities:

- Handle assigned clients having subscribed modules including payroll, attendance & leave, expense, PF loans & benefits, performance etc.

- Timely delivery of monthly and other deliverables for payroll and other reports as per the client requirement having timely reviewed by the line manager.
