About the role:

Tilco Trading Ltd looking for a Senior Creative Lead to own creative delivery across our Amazon and Walmart brands. This is an AI-first role focused on project management, team coordination, process improvement, with the ability to contribute to creative execution when required. You will work across 18 Amazon marketplaces in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Japan. 

Key Responsibilities:

Plan weekly creative priorities with clear briefs, owners, and deadlines.

Coordinate designers/video editors and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Track and report weekly on deliverables, delays, reasons, and revised timelines.

Make sure approved creatives go live on every marketplace and Walmart, and check the creatives are actually live before calling them done.

Build AI-powered workflows for image localisation, creative variations, video, and other repetitive processes.

Develop scalable workflows to turn English master creatives into high-quality, marketplace-ready versions for multiple countries/languages.

Review AI-generated output critically to ensure quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and conversion potential.

Maintain organised creative assets and identify opportunities to automate, outsource, or simplify work.

Able to create and edit Amazon listing images, A+ Content, Brand Store assets, video, and packaging when needed.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in e-commerce creative/Amazon design.

Proven experience managing multiple projects, people, and deadlines. 

Strong portfolio of Amazon/e-commerce creative work.

Still hands-on with design and editing with a strong eye for conversion.

Experience coordinating or leading creative teams is a plus.

Experience building an AI/automation workflow in production.

Hands-on experience with Nano Banana, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Claude, or similar AI tools.

Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar skills.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, customer psychology, and conversion-focused design.

Knowledge of Amazon creative requirements; multi-market experience is a plus.

Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

Practical Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical task to assess creative thinking, design judgement, AI skills, Amazon knowledge, and ability to deliver within a defined timeline.
