🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
✔ 3+ years of experience in operations/administration (preferably in an academy or institute)
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
