Manager / Sr. Manager - Quality Control
B.Sc. Textile Engineering / MBA / BBA with 10–14 years of relevant experience.
This position is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and controlling product quality against defined requirements. It ensures quality control across the entire operation—from incoming raw materials to finished packed goods. The role facilitates third-party audits, manages training for new employees, recommends and implements preventive measures to avoid recurrence of quality issues, and participates in risk assessments for new product introductions. Additionally, it ensures that quality manuals and SOPs are updated in line with actual floor practices, communicates these to the team, and arranges training sessions as needed. The position also oversees the implementation of new QA standards and the continuous improvement of existing ones. All activities are carried out with the objective of ensuring strict adherence to customer quality manuals, preventing recurring quality issues, enhancing the skills of production-floor employees, and upholding IL’s quality standards, management directives, customer requirements, and corporate policies and procedures.
