Job Title: Human Resource Payroll Manager
📍 Onsite – DHA, Multan
We are seeking a Human Resources Payroll Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on payroll management and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation Oversight
Review and validate payroll for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Ensure proper remittance of government contributions and employee benefits.
Coordinate with Finance to align payroll and accounting records.
Provide insights on compensation structures and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Labor Relations
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and workplace standards.
Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and Employee Handbook.
Represent the company during inspections, audits, and HR-related government matters.
Maintain transparency and fairness in workplace practices.

Strategic HR & Operations
Develop HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Drive performance management, training, and employee development.
Foster employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.
Track and report HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and hiring lead time.

Requirements:
Solid HR management experience with a strong background in payroll and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory benefits, and HR policies.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day HR operations.
Must have own laptop.
