DigiKhata is on a mission to digitally empower millions of MSMEs across Pakistan by simplifying bookkeeping, payments, and business management. To scale this journey, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Unit Head who can think like a founder and lead like a strategist.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead DigiKhata’s business strategy and execution end-to-end
✅ Drive growth, adoption, and profitability of the product
✅ Build and lead cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, ops)
✅ Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
✅ Innovate with customer-first solutions for SMEs

Who We’re Looking For

Ex-founders or leaders with 8+ years of experience in startups, fintech, SaaS, or digital businesses

Strong track record of scaling products/ventures
Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L or business ownership experience
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills
