Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
-Manage and supervise multiple outlets in the assigned region.
-Ensure proper stock management, product display, and timely supply.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report to management.
Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
-Build and maintain customer relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.
-Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-5 to 7 years of experience in sales management (FMCG / Bakery / Sweets industry preferred).
-Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
-Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
