Job Description
We are seeking a Odoo killed ERP Functional Consultant to act as the primary bridge between operational teams and ERP customization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption across multiple departments. This role demands close collaboration with stakeholders to optimize workflows and maximize the effective use of the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to analyze current workflows and identify operational needs.
Translate business requirements into configurations within relevant Odoo modules, including Accounting, CRM, HR, and others.
Customize and configure Odoo functional workflows to meet user-specific requirements.
Deliver training sessions to internal users and create clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and assist with change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during ERP rollouts.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP implementations, preferably with Odoo.
Strong expertise in business process mapping and gap analysis methodologies.
Excellent English communication skills, with proven experience collaborating across regional or global teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a related role is advantageous.
A-1 prior to starting work.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
