1. Electricians

Experience: 2–3 years in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Role: Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

2. Senior Electricians

Experience: 5–6 years in a large manufacturing setup.
Role: Advanced electrical maintenance, supervision, and technical guidance.

3. Shift In-charge

Experience: 6–8 years (preferably with project exposure).
Requirement: Hands-on expertise in PLC programming and operations (mandatory).
Role: Oversee shift operations, ensure safety protocols, and manage electrical workflows.
