Position: Marketing Merchandiser

Hours: 2:30 PM – 11 PM PST

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser Marketing role is a dynamic and client-focused position responsible for managing

end-to-end prospect engagement, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives, and supporting

sales growth. This role demands strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a keen eye

for detail to drive client satisfaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect Engagement & Management:

o Execute and monitor Time and Action (TNA) plans to meet client development requests.

o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, samples, and

marketing materials.

o Proactively follow up on key milestones and address prospect concerns.

2. Reporting & Data Management:

o Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and pipeline performance reports.

o Update master client lists and sales variance reports for effective team meetings.

3. Client Communication:

o Respond to prospect inquiries and internal emails within defined timelines.

o Maintain transparent communication regarding delays or challenges.

4. Performance Monitoring:

o Ensure adherence to marketing SOPs, quality standards, and complaint resolution

timelines.

o Regularly update management on prospect statuses and opportunities.

5. Sales Support:

o Manage the prospect pipeline with minimal supervision, ensuring high conversion rates.

o Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective follow-ups and prospect

satisfaction.

6. Collaboration & Development:

o Engage in team training, mentor junior staff, and participate in continuous learning

initiatives.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in reporting tools and data management.

 A proactive mindset with a commitment to achieving milestones and sales targets.

This role is integral to bridging marketing strategies with client acquisition efforts, ensuring

seamless operations and a high standard of client engagement.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Textile engineering or marketing or related field.

 5+ years of experience in merchandising, within the knitwear apparel industry.

 Proven leadership and team management experience.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Familiarity with ERP or merchandising software.

 Analytical mindset with proficiency in creating and interpreting reports.

 Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs consistently.
