Job Opportunity: Assistant Taxation Officer
We are looking for a diligent Assistant Taxation Officer to join our tax team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax-related accounting records.
-Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.).
-Support tax audits and assessments by preparing required documentation.
-Ensure timely payments of taxes and coordinate with relevant departments.
-Handle reconciliations of tax liabilities and input/output tax accounts.
-Prepare reports on tax deductions, payments, and liabilities.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and company policies.
*Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (experience preferred).
-Must be located in Faisalabad City.
-Good understanding of tax laws (Income Tax Ordinance, Sales Tax Act, Withholding Tax).
-Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks).
