Role Description
We are currently seeking for a new hire to join our team in an essential administrative and operational role. The ideal candidate will have the skills, discretion, and organizational ability to manage tasks independently while supporting business operations across multiple functions.

Job Type: On-site
Location: Paragon city, Lahore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 5 P.M to 2 A.M
Salary: PKR 40,000 to 50,000/- (based on experience)

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, operations, or office management role

Proficiency with cloud-based tools and office software, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Experience with task/project management systems (e.g., Planner, Asana, Airtable, or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Discretion and trustworthiness, especially when handling sensitive information

Ability to create systems, SOPs, and workflows that improve business operations

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multiple platforms (email, Teams, WhatsApp)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
