Communicate directly with US clients on technical and pricing matters. Requirements: 4–8 years of hands-on US construction estimating experience. At least 2 years of experience reviewing or leading estimators’ work.Strong knowledge of CSI MasterFormat, US construction pricing, and tools such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift. Advanced Excel skills and excellent English communication. Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines.
